Fla Village

Had a poolside bungalow it was clean and comfortable and plenty of space. The pool is very clean also and is attended to regularly. The staff are great, kind, generous and very helpful especially the girl on reception. There's also a little cafe that serves some nice bacon and eggs and cheaply priced. Also got a little scooter from the hotel which was a great way to travel around you will need a scooter or taxi to get into town but it's literally 5 mins drive but location does not suit walking. An absolutely beautiful resort.. From the moment we arrived I noticed so much luxury, from Satin pillowcases to a hyper-allergenic quilts. Beds were both firm mattress with soft top, one had a thick topper and the other thinner❣️.....so even with back ache I was sleeping. Large "TV" monitor,fridge and Aircon in room. Fan and even a kettle with cups. Outside kitchen space. Rainfall shower in a very large bathroom with hot water and an abundance of toiletries available,hairdryer too. Towels and facecloths included. In the bathroom it's a grate at the top so you can hear birds and lizards while you cleanse, like outside but completely private. Grounds are amazing and gardener/tree surgeon is professional,I see what he's done, he's extremely experienced and I'm impressed. He is polite and considerate.......and never stops. Pool is very large and deep at 1.4m with baby pool and floaties. Lovely chill swim. Lovely and quiet. Reception Staff are a little confused by my English but try their best and always smile. Cleaners are chirpy, easy on the eye and good at their jobs. Manager/owner is a star, so competent in her business it's refreshing, she's went out of her way for to assure our comfort. Staff was super quick to respond to all of our questions / requests, specially Tran <3 who handled most of our stay and is such a pro! The room was spacious and facing the pool, the bathroom was big and comfortable to shower in. The AC worked perfectly, the room has large glass windows and door that can be covered with sheer and blackout curtains, which is nice for choosing how much light / visibility you want. The pool was nice to swim in, there is a playground for kids in the back which is nice because parents can enjoy and people with no kids (like me) are not disturbed at all. It's just north of Duong Dong, we did everything by Grab but there is a free bus going everywhere from the hotel's door basically. Also a good supermarket 1min walk from it. We felt very good here, well treated and cared for, the room was always clean and the value for the money is unbeatable. PS. We came here after 2 very deceptive bookings (from booking.com) and a lot of cross research because Phu Quoc is quite tricky with accommodation. If you feel in the same situation (like everything might be a scam), this place will save you!

We were upgraded to a luxury bungalow for free, we felt super lucky, large double bed each, Aircon, TV and a spacious bathroom. The pool is gorgeous and super clean. The staff were fantastic, they were available through WhatsApp all the time. Often in reception too. We rented motorbikes from them at a good price Cleaning when you put the hanger on the door, otherwise they won't come in (we like this as environmentally we don't need clean towels and beds every day!) We left the laundry out for cleaning and it was done by the end of the day!! Good price for laundry services too. The location is a while out of town but in a busy road with cafés, shops and restaurants right on the doorstep. I didn't want to leave, could have easily stayed here weeks.

Large swimming pool, bus stop (The bus ride is free) 50-100 meters away, big supermarket 50-100 meters away, 10-15 minutes by bus to the city center, you can rent a scooter on site and do a local sim. You can rent a cooking kit and cook on the balcony. The staff is friendly.
